Would You Believe a Blooming Cookie Seed?

Megan Johnson of Asheville, North Carolina relates this adorable Blooming Cookies tale to us. Megan's former college roommate, Ellen Fraser, was visiting for a few days when a colorful Happy Easter Potted Greeting™ with a dozen delightful cookie “flours” arrived from Ellen's husband.

Later, as Megan and Ellen were catching up on old times, they suddenly noticed that Megan's six year—old son Johnny was missing. They panicked for a moment until they found the little boy safe and sound in the backyard with the cookie “flours” in one hand and a toy shovel in the other. “What on earth are you doing?” asked Johnny's mother. “I'm planting the cookie 'flours',” he replied, “so they can grow into great big cookie trees.”
