2. Do I have to use FedEx for deliveries in Atlanta?
The majority of Blooming Cookies & Gifts are shipped FedEx. We do have a courier service available for deliveries in metro Atlanta. Please contact our TeleGardeners at 1-800-435-6877 and choose option 1 to inquire about delivery locations and prices.

4. How do you ship live plants?
All arrangements containing live flowers are shipped FedEx Standard Overnight. All arrangements containing live plants are shipped FedEx 2Day. We ship this way to ensure freshness of these perishable items.

Some items containing live flowers and plants will not be shipped during the summer months. We are unable to ship these arrangements on Friday for Monday delivery due to the additional days in the weekend. Federal law prohibits the shipment of live plants to California.

6. What are your delivery requirements?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will ship on the date ordered. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders require a physical street address. Residential deliveries are guaranteed by 7pm, businesses by 5pm.

7. Why is a physical street address important?
FedEx will only deliver to physical street addresses. A physical street address is where the actual location of the business or residence, including a street name and number, city, state, and correct zip code. FedEx cannot ship to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.

Please remember to double-check all street addresses to ensure prompt delivery. An incorrect address or zip code will result in the delivery delay and possible re-routing charges of at least $12.00. We cannot stress enough the importance of having an accurate street address and phone number of your recipient.

8. Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to be delivered, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of the ship date by contacting a TeleGardener at 1-800-435-6877. If your order has already been sent out for delivery or a delivery attempt has been made, we are unable to cancel your order.

9. How can I order one of your print catalogs?
Blooming Cookies prints two catalogs a year, Spring/Valentine's Day and Fall/Christmas. Current product selections are available to view on our website www.bloomingcookies.com. If you wish to receive a print catalog we will put you on our mailing list for January and October. You may order a print catalog by calling us at 1-800-435-6877 ext. 415 or by clicking on our "Cookie Club" link on the website.

10. How can I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order from our web site, by clicking on the "Account Login" link. You may view your complete order history from this link.

"Closed" orders have been processed and are ready to ship. Orders listed as "In Process" are pending closed status. Any orders labeled "New Order" have just been entered in our system. You may also check the status of your order by contacting a TeleGardener at 1-800-435-6877 and choosing option 1.

13. Do you deliver to hospitals?
Blooming Cookies & Gifts knows how important it is to have your gift arrive fresh and on time to your recipient. Because of this, we discourage deliveries to hospitals. Often once the gift arrives the patient has already been released.

Cookie "flours" are our wonderful variety of cookies, brownies, gourmet nut mixes, sugar-free milk chocolates, and seasonal candies. In our terra-cotta "flour" pots and baskets, our "flours" are surrounded by bright and colorful petals that seal in their freshness. Each petal has been designed to become a beautiful keepsake once their contents have been enjoyed. There are even inspiring sayings on the back of every "flour".

Our arrangements are filled with our assortment of Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Chip Pecan, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut, Oatmeal Walnut Raisin, and Peanut Butter cookies, plus one of our Blooming Brownies. The arrangements come in an assortment or you may choose all of one flavor.

17. What is your return policy?
The entire staff at Blooming Cookies & Gifts is dedicated to making your experience with us the best one possible. If your gift is damaged during delivery, contact us and we will immediately replace the item.

Should a problem occur with the personalization, contact us. If our artists have made an error, we will immediately replace your gift, or you may send the item back for us to correct the personalization.
